Hi…I’m Dan.

I’m a multidisciplinary photographer from Pittsburgh, PA specializing in portraiture and landscape photography. When I first picked up a camera I really enjoyed exploring abandoned places — schools, churches, hospitals — it didn’t matter. I was fascinated with capturing images of objects and places that time forgot. Eventually I moved on to exploring the beauty of this world that is beyond my backyard. At the same time I found myself taking pictures of families and individuals with a creative thirst such as my own to not only take pictures, but create art. If you’ve read up to this point I thank you for bearing with me for the long story.

The short version: I basically take pictures of faces and places.
